Oh no! Be careful right there. As a Brazilian I can state that feijoada is not a fit meal at all. In fact, most people seeking a fit body would avoid eating feijoada.

Rice and beans is a different thing. That's the base of our diet, as you mentioned. But if you want a fit body, you would still want to dose the portions. Chicken (especially the breast) is also a great option to have in your menu. Don't forget salad (with olive oil, vinegar, and salt only. Don't add all the sauces you do in the US in your salad because they're hyper caloric)

Besides that, the exercising culture is a big thing in Brazil. Everybody's gotta go to the gym, jog, cycle, or do any kind of physical activity.
